The Marketing Manager will develop and execute Patient Service marketing initiatives for the US Immunology Cross Franchise team. Work in a team-based environment to assess changing market dynamics, competitive activity while executing tactics that enhance Immunology's high touch personalized patient experience model.

The position will focus on building a connected customer experience across a set of stakeholders: Patients, Health Care Professionals, Payer and Pharmacy and be pulled through multiple channels and a variety tactics. This position will work closely will the Cross Franchise Patient Outreach, Commercial Strategy and IT Commercial Operations teams to ensure full alignment and planning integration. This individual will help manage external partnerships and needs to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results. The role does not have direct reports but demonstrates the ability to lead without authority and work collaboratively with the integrated commercial team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and executing the HUMIRA Customer Experience service platform, including Patient and Health Care Professionals in-office communications, digital solutions and product innovation promotion.
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating innovative strategies and tactics to address opportunities and challenges within operational guidelines and assigned budget, incorporating cross-franchise knowledge and competitive situation.
  • Evaluating return-on-investments to ensure maximum impact of budget spend and alter strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Managing relationships both with internal constituencies, such as other marketing teams, sales leadership, sales training, medical and regulatory personnel, and with external constituencies.
  • Partner with Market Research on concept and creative assessments that require customer feedback in the evaluation and optimization stage.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytic team to perform program analysis, translating data into meaningful and actionable outcomes
  • Works closely with Sales Training to ensure Representative training and education related to the HUMIRA Patient Services Experience is integrated into indication specific training workshops.
  • Assist in managing the execution of marketing plans across the portfolio

The position will be hired at the level commensurate with experience

Basic :
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG)
  • 2-3 years of marketing (managed care, brand, and/or product management) experience
  • Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skill (verbal as well as written / presentation)
  • Demonstrated consistency in delivering
  • Excellence in power point presentation building

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of brand marketing management experience
  • MBA
  • Strong leadership skills and an exceptional ability to work cross functionally to achieve program goals.
  • Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, database agencies and internal partners.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, strong communication skills, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self-starter initiative and team orientation are fundamental to success.
  • Experience in Immunology and launch brands.
  • Learns fast and change course quickly when needed.
