Summary:

We are currently seeking an Associate, Compliance for our Tarrytown, New York facility reporting to the Director, Compliance in the Regeneron Law Department. This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Regeneron's Global Transparency Program focusing mainly on aggregating data to be included in various reports.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Tracking and analyzing reports from third parties for the Company's aggregate spend data aggregation, data validation and data reporting activities. Ensure third party reports are prepared in accordance with the Company's business rules.

• Upload completed reports into the Company's Aggregate Spend system and perform detailed reconciliations to determine proper aggregation within the system.

• Perform high-level reviews of data provided by third parties and determine completeness. Work closely with third parties to obtain additional information when necessary.

• Maintaining the internal Clinical Trial Registry to be utilized in reporting. This also includes establishing open lines of communication with the various Clinical Trial Managers to obtain information on clinical trial status and new trials being initiated.

• Performing analysis surrounding HCPs, including verification of licenses when necessary. Reviewing HCPs not passing validation with CMS and make the determination as to potential residency status.

• Attend industry related trainings and bring back knowledge obtained to share with the team.

You will work closely with compliance team members and others across the organization to collect reports on and track expenditures to HCPs and institutions to satisfy applicable US State and Federal aggregate spend and related transparency regulations.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assisting with data retrieval from internal systems for auditing and monitoring

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and a minimum 2 years of aggregate spend/transparency experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. A broad knowledge working with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and, multiple operating systems and browsers is required.
