One shared journey is moving us forward at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious disease. Empowered to apply our individual talents and ideas so that we can learn and grow together. Driven to make a difference, from innovative research to hands-on community support. Bristol-Myers Squibb recognizes the importance of balance and flexibility in our work environment. We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, services and programs that provide our employees the resources to pursue their goals, both at work and in their personal lives.

To align with the company's Oncology focus, we have been growing the team to provide the critical assay development and lead optimization across Oncology portfolio. The key enabling technologies include HTRF, MSD, Flow Cytometry, HCS, cytotoxicity and gene profiling are important to drive projects from concept formation to drug candidate nomination at RWC. While busy at cross-training internal scientists, we are at urgent need to recruit external talent who has the comprehension of the technologies and instrumentation and is capable to apply the expertise to resolve complex research problems.

The candidate will be responsible for assay design and development in High throughput mode. In addition, the candidate will apply a range of technology platforms to characterize and evaluate both assays and compounds. He or she is required to explore technology; document experimental details establish SOPs and prepare assay validation reports. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for interacting within and across department to meet project timelines.

The candidate needs to have BS with at least 10 years pharmaceutical industry experiences and strong skills in molecular biology, biochemistry and/or cell biology. He or she is required to have in depth knowledge and hands on experiences for assay support from hit identification to lead optimization. Extensive experiences in assay automation. He or she is also anticipated to apply and evaluate diverse high throughput technology platforms, and to develop innovated processes to support assay design across multi-modality programs. Excellent written and verbal communications are critical, as well as abilities to establish SOPs and report generation.
