Perform all aspects of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff in key accounts with the goal of establishing multi-level relationships to increase access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of the assigned product.

Key Responsibilities include :
  • Develops new accounts while providing positive patient and office experience to existing accounts. Manage and identify key target account opportunities. Develop account-level strategies to fully and consistently penetrate these accounts.
  • Strong selling skills required, including openings, probing, closings. Strong listening skills required.
  • Advise sales and marketing management with appropriate direction on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
  • Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts. Routinely identify local opportunities and threats and develop/modify business plans accordingly. Anticipate change and take proactive measures to address.
  • Understand and effectively utilize data and analyses. Assess business impact of target account opportunities to impact on sales.
  • Partner with key brand stakeholders, such as nurses, MSL, AMM, peers and KOLs to penetrate accounts.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong Sales track record is imperative
  • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
  • Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Required to satisfy all applicable health care industry rep (HCIR) credentialing (cred'g) requirements to gain & maintain entry into facilities and orgs in assigned territory. Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials. These HCIR cred'g requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting & specific licenses required by states or cities
