We are currently looking to hire a Facilities Manager. S/he will oversee day to day operations of research facility, manage work order request queue, ensuring that work requests are performed in a timely fashion, and serve as a liaison between outside vendors and Gladstone personnel in handling of equipment repairs and space reconfigurations. S/he will manage PM contracts and coordinates scheduling of visits as needed. The Facilities Manger is an important member of Facilities Team and will be expected to work with the team in knowing both the Gladstone building and its operation. This position will have supervisory responsibility. The Facilities Manager will participate on the safety and building evacuation teams, and will serves as an Emergency Responder as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of facilities experience
  • Experience in research environment is desired
  • Excellent commuication skills
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
