The Talent Acquisition Associate Specialist will be responsible for US Experiential Intern Programs and Early Career cross functional operations execution.

• Will be responsible for all Experiential Intern Program recruiting and university interface (2018 - approx. 100 positions)
• Take lead on any non-intern program recruiting for Ops/R&D that falls outside of Development Programs (CTODP, Postdoc, ODP)
• Lead on guidelines, processes, communications, onboarding/off-boarding, assignment manager training, intern assignments, engagement, programming events and calendar for AbbVie US Experiential Intern Program with key participants and stakeholders
• Experiential intern report-out, calibration, and assessment process
• Arrange housing, budget, transportation, logistics for Experiential Interns
• Distribute surveys, compile metrics and feedback for Experiential Interns
• Project manage Early Career Team for Fall, Spring, and diversity recruiting operations
• Lead on Campus Recruiter Training and Yello Recruiting Technology
• Project manage job descriptions, offer letters, branding, banners, collateral, assessment forms, and student careers website
• Manage work-study programs across enterprise
• Manage fellowship and preceptorship processes for R&D clients

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years' work experience; university recruiting/intern program management strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively influence others at all levels in an organization. Ability to create winning talent strategies.
• Enthusiasm for talent and the desire to help shape future leaders.
• Execution ability in project management.
• Corporate recruiting knowledge and managing internal (hiring managers, senior leaders) and external (campus/university) stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Access
• Attendance at campus recruiting events
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and project management skills
• Proven accomplishments, team player, adaptable, and displays initiative
• Proven leadership skills
