Summary
The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (I&I - Inflammation and Immunology) will be responsible for assisting in hiring, managing and leading the reimbursement provider and payer support field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. The DM will assist in the recruitment process, lead, coach and manage a contracted Field Access Specialist team responsible for calling on office personnel, who are responsible for ensuring optimal access, effective pull-through, reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio. The DM will be responsible for the execution of Dermatology and Rheumatology product reimbursement initiatives will work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.

This role covers the following states: IL, MI, WI, MN, KS, and NE
Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 3+ years' experience managing a field based sales team preferred.

• Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy)

• Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors

• Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems

• Additional broad based experience valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or sales management, and/or supply chain

• Previous experience in launching new Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or indications

• Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories
