The Manager, Corporate Accounting provides critical accounting support for certain compensation areas, including the Company's equity awards programs and executive compensation. In addition it has key reporting and forecasting responsibilities in the areas of Corporate Financial Reporting and Specifieds (including restructuring). This role works closely with Executive Compensation, Tax and Corporate FP&A.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensure the correct accounting and reporting for the Company's share-based compensation program, equity (primarily Treasury Stock) and certain components of executive compensation
  • Manage month-end close for these areas, including reviewing and approving journal entries and related schedules (to support consolidations, cash flow reporting, etc.)
  • Prepare and/or review key footnote disclosures for External Reporting (10-Q/K, Proxy)
  • Act as subject matter expert for share-based compensation and Treasury Stock accounting
  • Manage a senior accountant and indirectly manage an FDP; work with third party service providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve / streamline current processes and procedures
  • Interact with Executive Compensation, Tax and Treasury


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred
  • 6 - 8 years of finance and accounting experience (minimum 4 years of accounting responsibilities)
  • Ability to learn technical accounting concepts
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adjust priorities to achieve accurate and timely results
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Proficient in SAP, HFM, TM1 and Excel
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and aptitude for continuous improvement
