Position Summary

This position is responsible for all New Supplier setups globally, updating and maintaining supplier master data, ensuring the data integrity of Regenerons Vendor Master file, and working with AP, Legal, Tax, and Auditors to ensure compliance to all required rules, regulations, and policy. Work directly with A/P, Procurement, Vendors and end users to collect necessary documents and approvals required. Examples include, but are not limited to: Vendor Maintenance forms, W8 & W9 forms, Foreign Vendor forms, Insurance Certificates when required, as well as request updated forms and certificates and utilize IRS website for 1099/TIN matching and debarment. Work with P-Card administrator and AP to monitor and help evaluate appropriate vendor payment method. Perform Oracle data entry for vendor creation, deactivation, and maintenance ensuring a high level of data entry accuracy and that duplicate entries are not made.


• Basic Relationship Management Skill as this role interacts with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

• Basic Sourcing and Procurement Process, Systems & Methodology knowledge understanding key software tools and how to apply them. You should be able to follow instructions and see the relationship between stakeholders, suppliers and business partners.

• Basic Project Management planning straightforward tasks and achieving milestones on time. You are able to manage individual deliverables with some guidance and coordinate with others as necessary.

• Basic Problem Solving able to solve problems when similar to past issues and where there is a clear path to follow.

Performs job duties under supervision. Must have analytical and problem solving skills and must pay close attention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Oracle preferred, Document scanning system knowledge.


• Associate Degree required;


• 3-5 years relevant experience.
