Duties: Drive development of key processes, metrics and tools to support product strategies with focus on manufacturing and supply aspects by using experience with Oracle, Spotfire, Operational Excellence, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. Maintain evolving life cycle management (LCM) framework, roles and responsibilities, toolkit development, and enabling efficiencies for end-to-end life cycle management. Maintain architecture, governance, and execution of LCM capabilities to maximize pharmaceutical product value. Own and maintain the Global Product Launch Planning dashboard in Oracle and Spotfire, ensure data accuracy and their timely publishing, promote and lead technical enhancements. Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members via the LCM Learning Forum to create an atmosphere of collaboration, leverage diverse views, and encourage improvement and innovation. Develop and sustain relationships to identify and deliver potential new business processes preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining project workflow to identify and address process partner needs. Develop, maintain, and enhance launch in-market-readiness capability to drive dynamic decision-making across the enterprise.

Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field plus one year of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
