The Director, BTS Security and Risk Operations interacts with functional/business unit leadership to ensure our operations strategy, programs, services and metrics align with the business objectives and priorities. He/she manages/oversees the project and program management services across the Security, Risk and Compliance organization and ensures the enterprise alignment of these initiatives. He/she is responsible for ensuring the consistency of project and program methodology (From initiation and development thru to launch and support) throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages the following areas within the Security, Risk and Compliance organization
    1) The project/program management office
    2) The financial and operational reporting & management
    3) The training and awareness team
    4) The change management and communications team
  • Manage a portfolio of project, program and portfolio management services (project and program analysis, project and program execution, project and program delivery) for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Controller, BTS leaders, PMO leader and service managers to develop and manage the Portfolio.
  • Drive alignment between investments and initiatives in project management services and organizational strategy and priorities. Prioritize programs and projects based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies.
  • Develop and manage project and program budget and cost, resource allocation, and reallocations. Monitor value and risks metrics to make informed decisions that balance and make the known risks and target returns across projects and programs.
  • Owns the management and delivery of operational metrics for the Security, Risk and compliance organization.
  • Communicate status of the project and program portfolio to all stakeholders in business units and integrated services group head.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer science or related discipline required. MBA preferred. PMP/PMI certification preferred Hands-on experience in project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting
  • At least 12 years' experience in within an operations role with strong program/project management, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 10 years managing projects
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites.
  • Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change. Must be comfortable with ambiguity; demonstrate strong writing, problem solving and creative thinking skills, and ability to work effectively with conceptual structures, outlines and models.
  • Competent in project and program management, governance formulation, and team management. Working knowledge of risk management, standards, and policies formulation. Strong in financial management and organizational change management.
