Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will serve as the financial business partner to the commercial organization. This fantastic opportunity will allow the successful candidate to be a key contributor to commercializing multiple products across the US & EU. This role will be responsible for partnering with the commercial organization to develop country-by-country demand and pricing projections and expense forecasts. This role will provide analytical support and strategic financial advice to the Team as we march toward commercialization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with commercial team to develop country-by-country demand projections
  • Work with market access team to develop and project pricing on a country-by-country basis
  • Lead annual expense budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial Team
  • Develop reporting and tools to assist the business in understanding results and providing insights to drive strategic value
  • Provide support and be a key member of the S&OP team
  • Partner with the accounting Team to help ensure proper accounting of gross-to-net reserves

About You:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is required.
  • Experience in supporting a recent commercial launch highly desired.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical stills and sound understanding of generally accepted accounting principles. (GAAP).
  • Oracle & Hyperion Planning experience is a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
