Position Summary

Summary: Coordinates and supports the technical training program; maintains electronic learning management system, Regeneron GxP University (REGN U).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages training assignments within REGN U as approved changes are requested;

• Transcribes training credit from paper documentation into REGN U.

• Assists with implementation of annual training requirement review;

• Coordinates new employee orientation program;

• Run and deliver reports on training requirements to management as required;

• Facilitate departmental training requests ad hoc;

• Coordinates and assists with annual GMP training initiatives;

• Provides initial support for REGN U related IT tickets;

• Promotes continuous improvement of all training programs.

Education and Experience:

• Requires BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience; will substitute related experience for education.

*Level will be determined by education and experience.
