Project Coordinator - IV

Description

Please note- the role will report into Business Operations and may support any or all areas of PTI.

Duties - Working under guidance of a Senior Project Manager in the US ,this role will have two main areas of focus; Business Operations and Project Coordination.

Business Operations, Data Compilation, and Analysis
  • Manage departmental communications, newsletters and web content, analyze and contribute to publishing both internally and externally
  • Run reports (e.g. training status, time coding compliance), analyze and contribute to publishing department Metrics Dashboard
  • Coordinate collection of various data (through surveys, email feedback or other method), summarize and analyze results, prepare presentations for management review
  • Drive attainment of goals and metrics through influencing


Project Coordination
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings including managing audio/visual connectivity
  • Prepare agendas, take and publish minutes
  • Track and follow up with team members on action items
  • Create charters and project plans for small projects


Goals Deliverables

Goals and deliverables will vary depending on which projects and teams the rotational candidate is assigned to. Some examples of goals and deliverables include: Completion of project charter, build of initial project timeline and resource plan, execution of face to face project team meeting, Launch of redesigned team intranet site, creation of metrics dashboard.

Key Skills

Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Ability to communicate and connect with people at different levels and build collaborative environments in working groups or teams
  • Organized, logical thinker - proven ability to organize activities, meetings, schedules
  • Analytical - can interpret data and understand how to make it tell a story
  • Willingness to take direction from others in some cases and, in other cases, ability to work with limited direction and find solutions on his/her own
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint required; Project and Visio are a plus
  • Proficient in google Suite of docs: Sheets, Docs, Slides; Sites and Scripting are a plus
  • Experience in Smartsheets is a plus
  • Education/Experience: BA/BS, preferably in science/engineering or 3 years of administrative/project coordination experience, preferably in pharma/biotech
