Our group works to develop novel bispecific antibody formats and cellular therapies for the treatment of cancer. 1. Proficient in flow cytometry
2. Isolate/process immune cells from human blood cultures
3. Some immunology background is desired
4. Maintain cell cultures and expansions
5. Lentiviral transductions
6. Set up and run bioassays for determining potency measurements - cell killing assays
7. Provide weekly updates and summarize data for group presentations
8. Operate a variety of instruments but not limited to a Fortessa X20 cytometer, Celesta Cytometer, Canto Cytometer, Yeti Ze5 cytometer, Viktor X4 plate reader. Training will be provided.
9. Molecular biology: RNA/DNA isolation, transformations.
10. In vivo tumor modeling would be considered positively but is not necessary for this position.

For this position, the key skills needed include experience in flow cytometry - sample preparation, acquisition, and data analysis using FlowJo; performing lentiviral transductions; cell culture and characterization of cell expansion. Candidates must be very well organized and able to maintain an up to date electronic notebook.

Minimal educational requirements:
Ph. D with 0-5 years experience
