The Procurement Analyst role will be responsible for producing reports, metrics and dashboard which enable the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team to achieve their goals. This position will involve gathering, organizing, and preparing analyses from a variety of data sets and being able to identify and explain trends and patterns presented in the analysis. This role is intended for someone who possesses the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage small projects, stay organized, and deliver highly detail-oriented work. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and successful working in an entrepreneurial environment. Strong technical, analytical and inter-personal skills will be required. The role will provide an opportunity to interface with a highly intelligent, energetic and collaborative team.


• Analytics - Must be able to identify sources of data, determine relevant types of information and deliver high-quality analytics to meet the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.

• Relationship Management - Must have a good working relationship with stakeholders and able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Sourcing Systems, Process & Methodology - Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement processes; Able to see the relationship between business and category needs

• Metrics & Reporting - Work with the Sourcing Analytics Manager to develop department level dashboards and various reports including those related to supplier/category/commodity spend, supplier diversity, purchase order activity, contracts and RFI/RFPs

• Able to work across diverse stakeholder groups, countries and cultures

• Basic Project Management - Able to plan straightforward tasks with milestones, on time, on budget and manage individual deliverables with some guidance while coordinating with others as necessary to deliver own work.

• Strong at root-cause problem identification, working with team members to develop lasting solutions, and compounding knowledge to constantly improve processes and deliverables.


• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, procurement, computer science, or a related field


• 1-3 years' experience in an analytical role

• Detail orientation and an ability to deliver in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

• Experience in using analytical skills to solve problems

• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• General understanding of data modeling and SQL is desired, but not required
