Position Summary

This position supports the development and maintenance of HR Processes, Procedures, and Knowledge Management content across HR Compliance and Planning, Business Process Management and Technology and Service Delivery functions within Employee Service and HR Operations.

JOB DUTIES:
• Supports all functional areas across Employee Service and HR Operations
• Contributes to the development of new ideas, techniques and standards
• Develops solutions to diverse problems which require problem solving and innovation
• Drives special projects as needed.
• Incorporates best practices for assigned projects

HR Compliance and Planning
• Plans and facilitates team meetings
• Provides subject matter input for policy and procedural development as needed
• Supports HR Compliance Sr. Manager with responses to internal audits
• Performs research on best practices
• Vendor Invoicing/Budget Reconciliation with Compliance Manager
• Reviews HR RON and corrects information inconsistencies; coordinates with COE areas to align content

HR Business Process Management and Technology
• Develops and drives process improvements across employee lifecycle; works with other functional areas as needed
• Prepares supporting documentation such as work instructions, instructional training materials, FAQs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quick Reference Guides, screen layouts, and test scripts.
• Ensures quality and standardization through ongoing reviews and updates. Determines structural consistency, technical accuracy, and content clarity.
• Supports knowledge sharing and training efforts in partnership with L&OD across policies, processes, and procedures. Assist with training initiatives related to systems and processes.
• Electronic Document Management: Supports and prepares procedures for end-users; prepares training documentation for Talent Hub launch. Recommends strategies for document management.
• HR Service Center: Develops and edits content for Knowledge Management Database

Service Delivery
• Prepares metric reports to identify areas of concern, evaluate problems/inefficiencies, brings solution ideas forward for consideration
• Oversees Shared Mailboxes and responds effectively to employee and manager inquiries involving complex process and policy questions outside of the typical inquiries that require specialized knowledge or research
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation within HR Service Center

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in development, implementation, and roll out of global HR Systems
• Prior experience with document creation (user guides, instructions, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and expertise in group facilitation.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team, all levels of the organization, as well as independently when required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong editing and proof-reading skills
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Must be highly detail oriented, focused
• Must have proven track record maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive and proprietary information
• Respectful of the knowledge of others and knows when to seek advice

Minimum Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree; 8-10 years HR experience in Pharma, Medical Device or similar type industry
• Requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR legislation/employment law, principles and policies
• Excellent attentiveness to detail
• Outstanding business process writing skills
• Understands complex business projects, processes, and procedures
• Work is performed with minimal direction
• Systems analysis through 2-5 years' business analyst, global preferred
• Familiarity with Human Resources/Human Capital Management business processes including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Portal Management. Experience with implementation process a must.
• Understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, work to meet requirements, consulting to determine customer fit to solution, developing and delivering solution in accordance with customer expectations.
• Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
