We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join the Bispecific Antibodies Group. The position will provide hands-on in vivo support for early stage development of bispecific antibodies and novel therapeutic molecules for cancer immunotherapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for characterization of antibody therapeutics using in vivo mouse models. The ideal candidate will have a background in immunology, oncology or related fields, and have strong expertise in murine tumor models. Experience with tissue culture, cell-based assays, and multicolor flow cytometry is also required. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to design and troubleshoot experiments independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tissue and cell culture.

• Perform in vivo mouse studies, including tumor cell implantation, administration of therapeutics, blood and tissue sample collection and processing.

• Perform multi-color flow cytometery (FACS) experiments.

• ELISA and MSD immunoassays.

• Cell based bioassays using primary cells and cell lines.

• Perform data analysis (e.g., Excel, Prism, FlowJo) and interpretation. Present data at group meetings.

• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory record.

• Collaborate within the Bispecifics group and with other functional groups at Regeneron

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years of relevant laboratory experience is required. Background in immunology or oncology is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience working with in vivo tumor models. Expertise in mouse handling, tumor implantation and measurement of tumor growth, administration of therapeutics (intraperitoneal, intravenous, and subcutaneous injections in mice), and tissue dissection.

• Expertise in sterile culture techniques and ex vivo sample processing.
• Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD).

• Experience with multi-color flow cytometry, and data analysis using FlowJo or other FACS analysis software.

• Proficiency in software for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Prism, FlowJo) and data reporting/presentation (e.g., PowerPoint).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate productively with different functional groups.

• Strong organizational and timely record-keeping skills.

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot and interpret data independently.
