Position Summary

Summary: Support daily master data management (MDM) activities required for the successful planning and management of the supply chain. Represent MDM specific requirements as a subject matter expert (SME) on ongoing projects delivering significant value to Regeneron IOPS. Work closely with other functions and departments to understand, improve and standardize MDM related processes ensuring effective, scalable supply chain planning and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Daily Master Data Management Activities;

• Initiate Item Master requests for new items.

• Perform set up of new system locations.

• Perform entry of new items, item conversions and sourcing rules for produced and purchased items.

• Perform entry, update and approval of simplified formulas (recipes) and routings for filling, assembly, and labeling events.

• Perform entry, update, and approval of planning receipes for material requirments planning.

• Document current state processes, assist in putting together a future state design.

• Assist accounting team with month end activity.

• Review all controlled documents and schedule appointments to drop off controlled forms with Document Control.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Adhoc Data Gathering, Analysis and Reporting;

• Design and develop enhancements to the department Sharepoint site.

• Design and develop excel tools and spreadsheets to collect and analyze data.

• Design and build databases to gather business information - for analysis, querying and reporting.

• Support supply chain business operations by providing data extracts, reports and analyses.

• Assist in defining and generating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure performance.

• Support projects across Regeneron IOPS which impact master data management. This includes; executing test scripts, designing processes, drafting requirments and assisting with end user training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Oracle OPM preferred.

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate recommendations.

Education and Experience:

• Associate Analyst- BA/ BS and 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Analyst- BA/BS and 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Sr. Analyst- BA/BS and 5+ years of relevant experience.

• MBA preferred.
