Position Summary

Summary: Responsible for the Facilities Management of corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance planning, as well as the scheduling system and its implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Creates and maintains a master schedule for use by facilities management and maintenance.

• Schedules and coordinates corrective and preventative maintenance activities with manufacturing, facility and other stake holders.

• Plans work tasks expected to be accomplished by maintenance personnel.

• Assists in the coordination of manpower and contract resources with maintenance management.

• Verifies the availability of parts, tool and safety devices for corrective and preventative maintenance.

• Responsible for the management and prioritization of maintenance corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Effective time management skills..

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to gather and generate data.

• Ability to learn and follow routine procedures independently.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.

• Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas.

• Ability to work in an every-changing environment.

• Build and maintain working relationships.

• Goes above and beyond by demonstrating proficiencies with assigned tasks.

• Ability to gather, generate, and interpret data.
Education and Experience:

• Requires AAS degree in engineering or construction technologies with a minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Will substitute experience in lieu of education.

• Experience working with all facility infrastructure systems preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Office including MS Projects and Excel preferred.
