The Associate Manager of Commercial Monitoring will assist and support the development of the Commercial Monitoring plan. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing Field Force expenses related to Speaker Programs and in-office meals. This position is critical to ensure Regeneron's promotional programs with HCPs consistently adhere to Compliance guidance and business rules. This includes all company Policies, procedures, Federal and State Government reporting laws.

1. Assist and support development of Commercial Monitoring initiatives for promotional and/or
non-promotional activities across the Commercial organization, as assigned by the
Manager of Commercial Monitoring.
2. Thoroughly review Field Force expenses related to Speaker Programs and in-office meals.
3. Conduct live monitoring, including attendance at Speaker Programs, field rides and in-office
meals conducted by representatives.
4. Develop key Compliance trends and assist with report development for Corporate
Compliance, Commercial Operations and senior management, emphasizing (1) clarity of
findings and (2) proposed resolution as appropriate.
5. Participate in audits and monitoring reviews with Compliance, Commercial Operations,
vendors and other key stakeholders as assigned.
6. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise related to Regeneron's Compliance policies
and HCP meal procedures (both in and out of office). Included are industry regulations
such as the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Physician's Open Payments
Act, State and Federal Government Employee reporting requirements.
7. Work on all projects, audits and monitoring assignments with a sense of independence
and autonomy when necessary.
1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Minimum 6-8 years of industry audit/monitoring experience.
3. Extensive relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Compliance
and/or Life Sciences.
4. Strong organization, planning and project management skills.
5. Precise attention to detail and accuracy of process adherence for
data capture.

8. Articulate verbal, written and presentation skills, with ability to
accurately communicate details and nuances of audit and
monitoring findings across all levels of the organization.
9. Proven ability to influence others without direct authority.
10. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under stressful
or adverse conditions.
