The Metabolic and Muscle Disease Group at Regeneron is committed to discovering novel targets and innovative medicines to treat metabolic and muscle diseases. We are seeking a research associate with experiences in molecular and cellular biology and mouse pharmacology. The successful candidate will be involved in validating and advancing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease projects. This individual will perform in vivo and in vitro work related to the projects and needs to be highly organized, flexible and motivated.

Establish and perform in-vitro, in-vivo and ex-vivo assays
Dose compounds by various routes and draw blood (orbital, tail, submandibular) in mice
Perform ex vivo analysis (ELISA, western blotting, immunohistochemistry)
Primary cell and cell line experiments, including transfection and transduction
Write protocols and study reports

This position requires a Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience working in a lab. This experience must include:
Mouse pharmacology experiments
Cell biology
Molecular biology

Level will be commensurate with experience.

This position will require the individual to pass a physical before beginning employment.
