Sr. Director, Project and Portfolio Management System
Data and information are strategic assets that help to maximize the value of our clinical development programs by informing decision-making, ensuring optimal allocation of resources (both funding and people) and enabling collaboration. Working with R&D teams, the Sr. Director, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) System is responsible for maintaining the Planisware PPM software application and data which plays a central role in this process. The Sr. Director must be able to influence how the organization manages work and resources by having a thorough understanding of the processes and methodologies supporting the organization’s management practices. The Sr. Director is required to maintain and manage the software, administer resource and user changes, coordinate database maintenance, support the integration of data, and generate routine and ad hoc reports. This level of effort will vary in relation to how the PPM application is being utilized at any given time. Collateral duties such as developing and maintaining reports or other project management office duties will increase the scope of the role.
