We are looking for an experienced and energetic candidate to join the Transgenic group. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the oversight of creating, delivering, and tracking of genetically modified animals (GMAs) that support drug discovery efforts, with an emphasis on Immuno-Oncology targets and projects.
• Work with both external and internal partners/ providers, oversee project initiation and progression, and enable downstream activities related to GMA models such as breeding, genotyping, phenotypic analysis, and cryopreservation.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and to regularly present updates.
• Excellent written and oral skills are necessary
• Accomplish goals under project team time lines

• Ph.D. with at least 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Background in transgenic technologies and project management is required.
• Familiar with the full range of transgenic models, both traditional and modern gene editing approaches.
• A strong knowledge of molecular biology, mouse genetics, and genotyping approaches is required.
• Experience in mouse breeding management and timelines and downstream phenotypic analysis is required.
• It is strongly preferred that the candidate have experience in Immunology and understand immune-related genes and gene interactions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary biologics discovery team.
