Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Interaction Designer G4A Ventures, are to:

  • Act as a key driver of enabling Digital Health ventures beyond the core business areas in small, focused teams;
  • Conduct research, based on Design Thinking methodology, to achieve deep understanding of consumers/patients' unmet needs together with the design researcher;
  • Craft visual designs, interactions and behaviors based on the ethnographic research translating the consumers/patients' needs into feasible digital solutions;
  • Assist with activities around building prototypes and going from the idea to final design of products grounded in insights about people;
  • Utilize expertise in UX/UI deliverables and add value by communicating ideas in sketches, prototypes and videos to create great products for the proposed venture;
  • Actively participate into all phases in the venture team contributing with solutions fitted to the challenges addressed;
  • Contribute with the developers, based on Agile and Lean methodology, to the overall product build;
  • Contribute to the development of new Digital Health ventures around the solution ideas;

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least twelve years of experience in Graphic Design, New Media or a related field; or
  • Master's degree with at least ten years of experience in Graphic Design, New Media or a related field;
  • At least three years of working experience as interaction/graphic designer across different digital media;
  • Proven track record of solving problems for clients in different industries;
  • Solid understanding of design thinking and human centric design methods;
  • Proven track record of participating in and managing successful innovative projects;
  • Solid understanding of the Pharmaceutical/Consumer Health value chain;
  • Experience with agile development models and testing (eg., SCRUM, CI/CD);
  • Experienced in working in and leading multicultural, cross-functional teams;
  • Strong communication skills and proven track record in senior management presentations;
  • Passionate, flexible, perseverance, strategic intrapreneur, proactive creative thinker, determined, able to manage ad hoc situations, high mobility, and an overall dynamic individual with a passion for LifeScience, Digital Health and technological advancements to improve human life;
  • Demonstrated experience on UX/UI and working in digital design ecosystems.
