Position Summary

Summary:
Responsible for managing the Procurement Operations Shared Services team in support of Strategic Sourcing teams and business partners. Lead standardization of work practices and identify areas of improvement to streamline and enhance operational processes and procedures. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Purchasing and iPro applications, including support of issue resolution, enhancements, documentation and general updates and act as a liaison between Procurement, Accounting, Accounts Payable, business units and technical developers on cross-functional projects

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Shared Services team and Buyer activities, including documenting and standardizing work practices across all sites, identifying process gaps or inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Manage and administer Oracle Purchasing and iPro including providing daily user support, managing enhancements, issue resolution, general updates, training and education.
• Document Business Requirements, Test Scripts and Training Materials related to enhancements, customizations or new module implementations as required.
• Act as liaison between Procurement, Accounting, Accounts Payable, business units, and IT in support of application troubleshooting, project efforts and enhancement requests.
• Develop and facilitate ongoing training and communication to the department and stakeholders
• Work with Oracle Technical Support on Service Request resolution, debugging and patch application testing.
• Document all issues, requests and changes in Regeneron ITSM system and monitor for timely resolution
• Operate within the Regeneron SOX Operating Procedures related to Change Control
• Primary contact for SOX audits and walkthroughs, including providing documentation and maintaining the Procurement SOX Narrative
• Document and maintain end-to-end process steps for responsibilities as assigned.
• Support Business Continuity Planning for Procurement
• Other responsibilities and duties as required
• Supervise direct reports

Requirements:

Education
• Bachelor's Degree

Experience
• 7+ years of experience
• Experience in pharma/biotech environment preferred
• MBA, CPM or CPSM preferred
• Oracle or a similar ERP Solution
• Expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Outlook
