Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Deputy Director Marketing Companion Diagnostic (CDx), are to:

  • Assist in developing U.S. CDx launch strategy and lead the execution of CDx launch plans in all indications;
  • Gather market insights and build understanding of tissue journey and testing practices to support strategy development and execution;
  • Build unbranded and branded CDx testing campaigns for Oncologists and other key customers to raise awareness of the value proposition of the biomarker and ultimately to drive demand for biomarker testing;
  • Ensure CDx strategic plans for first indication align with their CDx plans in future tumors;
  • Collaborate with the alliance and diagnostic partner on marketing materials & promotional programs required for execution of CDx strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • A minimum of 10 years of commercial healthcare experience in roles such as marketing, sales, sales training, alliance management experience or related function;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate and align with global and alliance partners to develop and execute strategy;
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with regards to market research and crystallization of key business insights;
  • Demonstrated Cross-Functional Leadership Capabilities: Personal conviction, drive for results and delivery through others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D., M.B.A., or advanced degree;
  • Three to five years of healthcare marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in Diagnostics or Companion Diagnostic Marketing Experience;
  • Oncology or Rare Disease experience, preferable experience in Solid Tumors;
  • Launch experience.
