The application center of excellence's purpose is to deliver superior customer experience, enabling AbbVie to focus on having a remarkable impact on patient's lives. The Business System Analyst will be responsible for report management and data analysis for the ACoE as well as consistent onboarding, training, and communications management.


  • Prepare and publish standard Application Center of Excellence reports
  • Ensure consistent ACoE Onboarding & Training
  • Develop ACoE Communications to drive understanding and consistent performance against ACoE priorities
  • Compare and verify vendor performance results
  • Research, gather, and analyze data and prepares reports for review and action
  • Generate on-demand reports as required
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the ACoE foundation data and it's maintenance
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

  • Bachelor degree and/or 4-7 years relevant experience.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Experience with Managed Service Provider Contracts and ITIL processes preferred
  • Experience with metrics to monitor business satisfaction with vendors preferred
  • Demonstrated Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrated Expertise in Data Analysis
  • Experience with ServiceNow / Performance Analytics Reporting preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint or other content management preferred
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
