Summary: The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. Generate tools and content to build data functionality supporting Supply Chain Planning processes. Supports the supply planning team in data maintenance, analyzing and reporting supply data information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
• Perform data administration and maintenance to support monthly Requirements Planning Process.
• Support planners with Documents filing within the various departments.
• Collects & organize data for Supply Planning monthly metrics as well as Supply Dashboards; creates charts for trending comparisons.
• Create and publish metrics to evaluate overall program management effectiveness.
• Accurately produce regular metrics reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis that drive positive results Assist in the administration of supply planning software; works closely with database business analysts to ensure Supply Planning's data requirements are being met within the system.
• Work with cross-functional team on Supply Planning to ensure effective and discipline information is brought into supply planning systems.
• Create queries and reports to aid Supply Planning managers in highlighting delivery risks.
• Assist in maintenance of planning attributes such as Item Master and Program Master.
• Develop work instructions for new systems and processes.
• Actively seek creative supply solutions to optimize Supply Planning.
• Good communication skills—written and verbal. Able to communicate effectively with managers and supervisors.
• Represent a professional, respectful, and courteous manner when interacting with co-workers, members, and suppliers.
• Promote the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
• Embrace and promote the IOPS culture of Teamwork, Trust, Transparency, Drive and Respect.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business discipline or relevant field.
• Associate level - 0-2 years work experience required, additional education qualifications will be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Mid level - 2-5 years work experience required, additional education qualifications will be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Senior level - 5+ years work experience required, additional education qualifications will be considered in lieu of work experience.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access Knowledge.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• SharePoint experience is a plus.
