Seeking an innovative, out of the box thinker to join the evolving Enrollment Optimization group as we strive to build novel, fit for purpose patient and site centric strategies to drive enrollment into early development, full development and late phase clinical trials. Speed to patient is at the heart of this role, and the individual will work with Feasibility & Analytics, Patient & Site Engagement, Digital and the clinical teams to understand the patient journey as well as the risks and opportunities associated with achieving the enrollment goals of a clinical trial.

Primary Responsibilities:

With this insight in hand, the individual will be responsible for building a strategy focused on engaging patients in a different way. The successful individual will be exposed to multi aspects of the BMS business as well as external vendors and will be directly involved in seeking to change the paradigm of how we engage with patients and sites with respect to clinical trial enrollment. Partner with key stakeholders to proactively manage all enrollment strategy activities, including enrollment plans and enrollment tracking

 Integrate analytic inputs, digital capabilities, and advocacy activities into enrollment strategy

 Synthesize analytics data to be understandable and actionable by the clinical team

 Establish program/indication level strategies for key portfolio priorities, and maintain alignment for all study level efforts

 Determine enrollment and/or retention plans based upon protocol, country, and site feasibility

 Advise country and site selection

 Execute deliverables that are flexible, adaptable, and deliver business value

 Judiciously manage recruitment budget, balancing enrollment strategy with analytics, digital, and advocacy deliverables

 Align with Planning & Execution Lead and other CTE colleagues to adopt shared learnings

 Establish therapeutic area knowledge & expertise

 Seen as leader within CTE by leading CTE and cross-functional task forces/initiatives

 Seek opportunities beyond core remit

This role is based out of our Princeton, NJ site and has an onsite presence required. This is not a remote based opportunity.

Position Requirements:

 Bachelors degree

 Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and minimum of 5 years experience in global clinical trial execution

 Proven track record of generating innovative ideas and the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure implementation

 Ability to work in the "gray" and design fit for purposes strategies designed with individual scenarios in mind

 Ability to challenge the status quo to ensure development adoption of patient and site centric approaches to enrollment and retention strategies

 Proven ability to collaborate across the matrix

 Ability to manage complex issues and proactively apply critical thinking to address challenges

 Experience facilitating global team meetings and/or work streams
