As a part of the Therapeutic Antibody group within the Therapeutic Proteins department, this individual will work with immuno-competent mice towards development of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and antibody reagents to support research and pre-clinical programs.

Responsibilities will include: execute immunization experiments according to established protocols; conduct immuno-assays to determine the immune responses, analyze the data and communicate the results with upper managers; collaborate with antibody isolation team to conduct the final boost timely. It is also expected that this individual will be developing capability of designing and executing experiments independently to optimize assay conditions. In a collaborative team environment, this individual would be expected to team up with other working group on a need to basis. This position involves 60-70% in-vivo work.


• Mouse handling and drug injection via all routes, such as sc, iv, ip etc
• Tail-vein blood sample collection
• Immunoassays such as ELISA
• Data analysis using software such as Excel, GraphPad Prism
• Communication and data presentation skills, written and oral
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

This position requires a minimum of a BS/MS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related disciplines and 1-3 years laboratory experience. Laboratory experience should include:

• Candidates with immunization and monoclonal antibody development experience are most desirable
• Experience in in-vivo animal modeling research is desirable
• Knowledge in immunology and/or B cell development is a plus
• Must be able to work productively in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills are essential
