Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Intake Group Specialist, are to:

  • Maintain compliance for source documents received in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Regulations;
  • Monitor Right Fax Utility, GPV-US (Global Pharmacovigilance) Mailbox, and Incoming Mail to ensure all documents are being received by USPV and upload accordingly within Documentum;
  • Manage source documents stored in the company's file room;
  • Work with the Drug Safety Response Center (DSRC), monitoring and sending of follow-up letters;
  • Ensure all follow-up letter are completed and mailed daily;
  • Maintain compliance for source documents received in accordance with FDA Regulations;
  • Ensure all reconciliations for Right Fax, Incoming Mail, and GPV-US Mailbox are completed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree plus one year of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Pharmacovigilance experience preferred) or a Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience using Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Possess excellent telephone/communication skills with a high degree of overall poise, tact ,and courtesy;
  • Must be detail oriented and be willing to work in a hectic paced environment with timesensitive materials;
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to develop cooperative working relationships with all levels of staff;
  • Quality traits of diplomacy, professionalism, tact, and arbitration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Documentum and Argus.
