Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Quality Assurance Coordinator, are to:

  • Monitor production to ensure open stability requests are filled;
  • Manage receipt and staging of stability samples;
  • Perform routine monitoring of stability chambers;
  • Pull stability samples for interval testing per approved protocols;
  • Participate in stability study initiation, executes annual retain review;
  • Participate in stability cage audits and maintenance following established procedures in a FDA regulated QC analytical chemistry laboratory;
  • Be responsible for adherence to site documentation practices and timely completion of laboratory assignments.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least two years of post high school education required or a minimum of five years' experience in an administrative position
    with at least one year in a Quality Assurance/Control (QA/C), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) environment;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in audit/review of cGMP documentation or similar projects.
