More than 1,200 Pharmacyclics and AbbVie research scientists, clinicians, marketing, operations and corporate professionals work in the San Francisco Bay Area. They combine their expertise in immuno-oncology, stem cells, and cell-signaling with their knowledge of bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and covalent-inhibitor technologies to discover and develop novel cancer treatments. Key Responsibilities Include:

    Deliver monthly dashboards to ensure compliance with Hiring and Onboarding success measures
    Use of multiple databases and/or tracking systems to provide information, metrics & reports (Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, Background Screening, etc.) Supports the development of process metrics and key performance indicators Provide high touch customer service to candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff Ensure a positive candidate/manager experience Serve as candidate interview “Host”, as needed, duties include:
      Troubleshoot any changes in the interview schedule Escort candidates to and from interview location Coordinate completion of interview feedback forms
    Assist in gathering interview evaluations forms and preparing for debrief discussions Serve as backup Contractor Worker and Operations support
      Apttus work order submittal for new temps and various HR services Work closely with Legal to finalize work orders and amendments Onboard Contract Workers in Workday Clear Contract Workers (ensuring work orders are fully approved) and sending orientation details to Hiring Managers and Suppliers Extend Contract Workers in WD and notifying IT to extend/reinstating system access
    Assist with special projects or events and activities (Interviewing events, open house & job fairs, etc.) Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information Develop Templates, Checklists, Guidelines and SOPs to support HR Policies and programs roll out, compliance and training. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures Works closely with Recruiters to accomplish staffing goals/objectives and hiring managers' and candidates' expectations Prioritizes work assignments and completes them on time Maintains workflow efficiency, smooth workflow operation, and high quality standards

Skills and Experience Required:
3-5 years prior HR administration experience

Analytical Reasoning - Has an advanced understanding of analytical methodologies. Provides recommendations for business actions based on the conclusions drawn from analysis in a way that is meaningful to the business partner.

Communication - Is able to effectively and clearly communicate in both written and verbal means.

Education Requirements (degree, certifications, etc.):
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is required.
