JOB SUMMARY
Reporting into the VP of Finance, the Sr. Manager Finance plays a key role in the forecasting, budgeting and reporting process for the Company. The individual will lead the forecasting and budgeting process, as well as the departmental expense process and will manage one to two analysts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Responsible for internal financial management reporting
• Lead departmental expense close and accrual process and departmental budgeting and forecasting process
• Lead and roll-up corporate budget and quarterly forecast
• Build revenue forecasts in conjunction with Business Development and Corporate Strategy
• Maintain and update the assumptions underlying the Company's Long-Term Financial Model
• Support Finance's due diligence efforts in product and company acquisition opportunities including business development modeling
• Prepare Financial Board of Directors and Quarterly Business Review Presentations
• Meet with departmental heads on a monthly basis to understand expense tracking versus budget and forecast
• Train, manage and develop 1-2 employees
• Assist in earnings release table preparation
• Manage the Budget Process and Integration into Adaptive Software
• Various Ad-Hoc Modeling and Analyses
• Assist in Partnership Reporting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
