Responsible for the Company's SEC reporting and for certain aspects of the monthly accounting close processes and SOX 404 Internal Controls.

• Prepare SEC Forms (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy, Forms 3 & 4 etc.), maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage and ensure compliance with XBRL requirements, including block and detail footnote tagging.
• Perform technical research on complex accounting matters and document initial conclusions.
• Assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements and assist in ensuring compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements.
• Provide technical accounting assistance with special projects.
• Manage accounting of all equity-related transactions and stock-based compensation plans, including the preparation, recording and reporting of stock-based compensation expense and earnings per share.
• Coordinate information requests within the Company to compile all information necessary to prepare financial statement disclosures and MD&A.
• Prepare statement of cash flows.
• Manage certain aspects of month-end and quarterly close process, including the preparation or review of certain account reconciliations.
• Coordinate activities with external auditors with timely support for quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
• Assist with internal Sarbanes Oxley compliance activities.
• Assist in initiation and implementation of process improvements, controls and policies.


• Assist with various ad-hoc financial reporting, tax or accounting related projects.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience including Big 4 public accounting firm experience; CPA required.
• B.S. or B.A in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding and application of GAAP and SEC/financial reporting requirements including financial statements and financial statement footnotes.
• Proficient in researching accounting literature.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience of having worked with an in-house SEC reporting system a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Knowledge and experience of working with Equity Edge reports.
• Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
