Responsible for integrating Process Development capacity management by developing and maintaining resource models for Amgen pipeline and LCM projects across technical functions.

Lead the integration and development of capacity management tools, systems and infrastructure. Define best practices and business workflows to maximize value for all stake holders.

Partner with PD functional leads to identify key deliverables, activity triggers and resource requirements.

Execute and communicate outputs of capacity analysis of programs across Process Development functions.

Work with teams and individuals by leading various forums to understand available capacity, activity requests and make recommendations to PD leadership.

Partner with Business Analysis and External PD (BAX) to report product metrics.

Assist PD in driving decision making using DAI principles.

Establish and manage collaboration team sites (e.g. SharePoint Online).

Facilitate and incorporate lessons learned, best practices, etc.

Support Business Process improvements.

Scenario reporting including appropriate risk analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 2 years of Science and/or Business experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Science and/or Business experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of Science and/or Business experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and Science and/or Business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in resource analysis, capacity planning and project management in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other Healthcare-related field

Strong business and financial acumen, experience with budget management

Ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively Interface across all levels of the organization

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Apply standard resource planning tools, and practices

Experience with SQL, MS Access, BI Systems (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI), Excel and SharePoint
