Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator II provides a broad variety of administrative support to the Treasury Department. Works pro-actively independently in managing daily office administrative activities efficiently and effectively. Plans, prioritizes, and organizes diversified workload. Develops and implements changes in office practices and procedures. Interacts in a professional manner with both internal customers and external vendors. Provide support in basic treasury tasks on both a recurring and an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manages, coordinates, schedules and organizes complex activities such as internal and external meetings, external conferences, department events, and travel for the VP & Treasurer and other leaders of the Treasury Dept.
• Actively manages the calendars of the VP & Treasurer and other leaders of the Treasury Dept.
• Prepares and submits T&E reports for members of the Treasury Dept.
• Provides administrative assistance, as needed (e.g., word processing, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating Excel spreadsheets)
• Manages and organizes any IT or facilities needs of the Treasury Dept.
• Supports general Treasury staff in procuring office supplies, setting up outside meetings and other ad hoc requests
• Maintains and updates the Treasury Dept. budget. Analyze variances and review with Treasury Dept. leadership on regular basis.
• Maintains and updates Treasury intranet page, including daily updates of key Treasury data.
• Provide support to Treasury Operations for recurring reporting requirements
• Provide support to Treasury Risk Management with Risk Management Information System (RMIS) for claims input and reporting

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the VP & Treasurer and interacts directly with all levels within the Treasury Dept. This position also works closely with other administrative assistants supporting senior leaders of the Company.

Education and Experience:
A BA/BS degree is preferred; may consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 8-10+ years of "progressive professional experience" as an Administrative Assistant.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills are required. Concur Expense reporting or comparable expense reporting system. Will be trained on other systems as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and independently and proactively propose solutions. Understand departmental and /or leader priorities and adjusts work accordingly while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to initiate and/or lead multiple projects and assignments. Must be a team player, who interacts effectively with others. Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10+ years of "progressive professional experience" as an Administrative Assistant.
