The Learning & Organizational Development Sr. Specialist, acts as an internal consultant supporting the areas of Leader Development, Organizational Development, Talent, and Career Development. The selected candidate will work as part of a dynamic L&OD team to build, align, integrate, and execute programs and processes as part of a strategic human resources strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Partners with other L&OD team members and HR Business Partners to support the design and delivery of leadership development programs, organizational development initiatives, talent development, and career development programs, and team interventions.
• Contributes to L&OD projects, programs, initiatives, and interventions by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings and classes, helping develop tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research.
• Assists with the development of training resources.
• Contributes to the management and ongoing development of Regeneron BuiLD MBA Rotational Development Program and PharmD Biologics Training Program, as well as any other post-graduation programs that come into existence; work consistently to ensure innovative, highly competitive, best-in-practice program and development across the 2-year program as well as strong participant experience. Partner with program stakeholders to ensure rotations, training and development align with program goals and participant career objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with some knowledge of / exposure to one or more core L&OD areas such as talent management, performance management, change management, organization development, leadership development, or career development.
• Some familiarity with HR systems, including talent and learning management systems
• Detail oriented, experience in project management with strong time management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues
• Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably
• Knowledgeable about instructional design methodology and application for effective adult learning
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Strong client-service and results orientation
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
