Position Summary

Known for its scientific and operational excellence, Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. This person will be working in Clinical Trial Management in Tarrytown, NY. Clinical Program Management & Operations (CPMO) is a cross-functional organization which encompasses clinical trial management (CTM), business operations, strategic planning & clinical operations, therapeutic area project management (TAPM), clinical processes and procedures, clinical drug supply and logistics, and global monitoring. The student will support activities within CPMO including:
• Assisting with implementation efforts of strategic change initiatives and continuous improvement projects across CPMO functions
• Preparing agendas, materials, and minutes for various departmental and functional meetings
• Participating in discussions on strategy, planning, execution, deliverable-tracking, and budget and resource management
• Researching industry best practices, innovation, and guidance from external resources to incorporate into departmental activities
• Liaising with clinical systems group on technology requirements and updates
• Collecting stakeholder feedback to improve tools and templates (e.g. department SharePoint site, SOPs, etc.)

• Must be a PhD student
• Must be pursuing a degree in Health Sciences, Business/Economics, or Engineering
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong organizational skills, time management skills, strong attention to detail, presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Must have an interest in the life sciences and supporting Regeneron's mission

General Intern Program Information:
• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a PharmD
• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid
• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)
• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!
• Present to your team on your summer project
