Position Summary

This person will be working in Clinical Project Management & Operations in Tarrytown, NY. The student will:
• Perform assigned duties under the direction of an experienced TAPM staff member to acquire knowledge about project management methodologies necessary to perform assigned duties.
• Assist TAPM staff with the creation of clinical study concepts, budgets, timelines, development plans, resource plans, forecasts, risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Assist TAPM staff with project execution to achieve deliverables and milestones necessary for project success
• Schedule, facilitate and document meetings
• Prepare reports and presentations for both internal TAPM and external / governance stakeholders
• Perform data mining, data analytics, scenario planning, and summarization to support the TAPM and assigned teams / projects
• Participate in team discussions on strategy, planning, execution and tracking of projects
• Manage updates of key project documents

• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student
• Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business / Economics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Mathematics
• Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including MS Project.
• Must have the ability to creatively present and organize information in a way that conveys insight and objective to team leaders.

General Intern Program Information:
• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PharmD
• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid
• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)
• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!
• Present to your team on your summer project
