The primary purpose of this position is to create and sustain an agile and accountable environment that is focused on streamlining and simplifying processes that drive increased stakeholder satisfaction and/or improved user experience. Identify and implement lean sigma projects that promotes Capabilities, Cycle time reduction and/or Cost savings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Primary function is to lead high impact process improvement projects.
Will be expected to simultaneously lead multiple Six Sigma projects.
Assist leadership in developing, prioritizing and implementing Lean-Six Sigma projects that are aligned with functional priorities.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring regarding proper use of tools and processes.
Facilitate and promote best practices sharing.



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Need to achieve Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification within 12 months of starting position.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated ability to drive high impact results.
  • A highly motivated process thinker that drives customer focused solutions.
  • A proven talent with expertise leading major projects, business processes re-engineering, and organization design (change management).
  • Must have ability to effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills.
