The Business Capabilities Analyst for CTMS (Eclipse) will use a comprehensive understanding of CTMS system functionality and related processes to provide assistance to the CTMS user community, and support, together with other members of the capabilities team and partnering with colleagues from IT and business functions, the development and testing of new system features and system processes.

  • The Business Capabilities Analyst works with and supports other members of the CTMS capabilities team and colleagues from IT and business functions, in gathering and analyzing information in support of enhancing system functionality and related processes
  • Participates in requirements discussions and design review of system enhancements
  • Supports user acceptance testing of system enhancements and upgrades
  • Provides support for the development and delivery of training materials
  • Provides assistance to super-users and end-users
  • Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate needs of system users and stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with partners in IT and business functions

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelors (BS, BA)

    • 2+ years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical, life science, or healthcare related industry

    • Knowledge of clinical trial execution and related business processes

    • Well-developed analytical skills

    • Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written

    Other qualifications:

    US military experience will be considered towards industry experience requirement
