Office Manager / Administrative Assistant


  • Proactively support the PACT Sr. Management team and overall daily operations of the office
  • Own and manage projects of intermediate-complex scope that require good judgment, strong analytical skills, and effective communication
  • Coordinate management’s communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with guests
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and corporate visits; manage travel and itineraries and assist with expense reporting
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of BOD and SAB meeting activity scheduling for PACT
  • Organize, track and manage all corporate contracts, including developing contract schedule for PACT
  • Assist with arrangements for corporate events that take place both at and outside of the work place; such events include off-sites and employee appreciation events
  • Create, update and maintain the corporate calendar for PACT
  • Work closely with HR to provide new hire onboarding assistance, schedule interviews and host candidates while on site

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager reporting directly to senior management. 
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software. 
  • Must possess strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
