The Business Operations Analyst - Integrated Oncology will provide support for business operations for Integrated Oncology in collaboration with the corresponding functional leaders and commercial partners. The Business Operations analyst will report to the Director, Integrated Operations Business Operations, and partner closely with business partners in RDSP, Human Resources, Finance, Global Procurement, Business Insights and Analytics, and Information Technology, among others, to deliver Integrated Oncology business priorities.

Major responsibilities of the Business Operations Analyst include:
  • Structuring analysis and building repeatable systems, processes, and analytical tools to support the Integrated Oncology unit operations: headcount, time tracking, budget tracking, portfolio operations, and performance management
  • Implementing key initiatives and project plans, mitigating risks, measuring project and operational performance, and pivoting approaches as needed
  • Structuring vaguely-defined problems while utilizing pragmatic problem solving approaches and execution management
  • Providing support to staff and functional leaders to improve project execution and remove barriers to successful execution
  • Engaging matrix team partners in order to align resources with the right skills to projects
  • Supporting the successful delivery of divisional, functional, project, and portfolio objectives across Integrated Oncology by ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, change management, and staff engagement
  • Partner with RDSP colleagues to drive shared business objectives, resolve business issues, and optimize opportunities

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of biopharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Experience in project management with the ability to develop clear action plans and execute.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence, and drive organizational engagement.
  • Highly organized and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in business operations, structuring analytical tools, and stakeholder and change management.
