Senior Compensation & HR Ops Analyst is a hybrid role that will provide operational and analytical support to the Human Resources team in the areas of HR Systems, Compensation and Benefits. The Sr. Compensation & HR Ops Analyst is responsible for designing, maintaining and updating HR processes, compensation tasks and programs; managing HR data transactions in the system. This position will also provide benefits related support to employees and act as the liaison with the benefits broker to administer company-wide health and welfare programs and leave of absences. May perform other general administrative support to the department as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Actively participates in the design, review, administration and communication of company's compensation and benefits
programs and policies, including job evaluations, salary administration, merit planning, performance management,
bonus and equity programs.
• Maintains HR database records, input master employee data into the system.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for reporting and HRIS data as well as metrics, such as headcount, turnover, etc.
• Continually reviews and improves HRIS and HR Ops processes to ensure best practices and efficiencies for all users.
• Support HR team in facilitating ongoing improvements in data-driven HR processes, such as onboarding,
performance management, transfers, data changes.
• Develop complex ad-hoc reports, as requested to support HR and business driven objectives.
• Performs system set-up, configuration changes, testing, and supports day-to-day system and interface issues.
• Interacts with HR vendors as needed on data integrations, benefits carrier connections and interface files.
• Participates in salary survey and analyzes the results to assist with ongoing competitive analyses.
• Delivers compensation reports; assists in building standardized dashboards & ad hoc reports to meet business needs.
• Administers ACA and 5500 Reporting by partnering with benefits broker.
• Partners with Payroll to ensure accurate and on time compensation and benefits data updates in the system.
• Manages HRIS ADP portal design for maintenance and updates.
• Partners with the benefits broker and vendors for benefits open enrollment process; assist with health, life, disability
and voluntary benefits and provide guidance to employees regarding all benefit programs.
• Provide support for other HR and company initiatives as needed (e.g. payroll, regulatory filings, audits).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. Focus on Human Resources is preferred.
5+ years HR experience including compensation and HRIS database is required. Experience with ADP HRIS system is a definite plus.
Experience with benefits is desirable.
