JOB SUMMARY: Manage all systems efforts for the Depomed IT department, particularly the for the Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resource functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide application expertise and business perspective to the ERP roadmap. Manage existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP environment
• Manage existing Concur application, including user administration system configuration and report development
• Manage the development and implementation of document management solutions, leveraging Veeva or SharePoint technologies as appropriate
• Lead reporting requirements definition, development, and testing efforts related to implementations and upgrades of new and existing systems
• Work with Senior Director, IT to ensure maintenance and enhancement efforts are compliant with relevant standards
• Interact with the Finance Management team on application development and reporting issues.
• Interact with Supply Chain personnel regarding MRP and scheduling issues
• Manage the development and some delivery of training to G&A applications
• Participate in planning of related systems initiatives.
• Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives

Requirements

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:
• Provide second or third tier support for application-related issues that are received by the Help Desk

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Concur's Expense Management software
• Familiarity with document management fundamentals
• Familiarity with Financial and Supply Chain functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments (i.e., GXP, Dept of Defense, or SOX) and complying with change control systems
• Bachelor's Degree
