Regeneron is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Commercial Training team. The Training Coordinator is responsible for meeting planning and execution of both large scale sales/ marketing oriented meetings planned and executed by the Commercial Training team across the US, as well as internal training meetings for Regeneron employees in NY offices. These meetings mostly support the commercial marketing and field sales teams and require collaboration and coordination across many internal departments and stakeholders to successfully execute these off site meetings. The position will support raining programs, plan of action meetings and new hire training in the Inflammation and Immunology area of treatment (3 teams in total; including two separate DUPIXENT teams, one in Dermatology and one in Respiratory along with the Kevzara field team in Rheumatology).

The training coordinator works to help build all aspects of meeting planning and training including but not limited to: coordination of training classes, coordinating travel and lodging, arranging and communicating meeting and training class logistics, and the facilitation of all aspects of catering, materials, logistics, evening functions, etc. The Training Coordinator is also responsible for the tracking of all field based employees against a defined individual training plan including: initial on boarding training, advanced training, certifications, Regeneron policies and procedures as well as compliance training as directed by the Executive Director of Commercial Training and Development and/or other Directors of the Training and Regeneron Leadership. Candidates should have strong meeting planning background combined with successful project management skills. Corporate Training experience and/or pharma experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Responsible for meeting planning, arranging and overseeing the facilitation of all training classes and team meetings as assigned; coordination of travel and lodging, arranging the logistics of each class or meeting, and the planning of all aspects of catering, materials, logistics, evening functions, etc.
- Prepare, edit and distribute all agendas, plan and communicate logistics, develop itineraries and welcome packets and prepare and distribute materials for all training participants and meeting attendees.
- Responsible for administrative tasks relating to training technology and learning applications, project management, and working with both internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
- Use of project management skills to assist in planning and managing meeting and training programs.
- Create and manage meeting registration sites, pre and/or post-meeting surveys and disseminate related summary reports as requested.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and hosting conference calls, webinars and other distance learning and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of all training materials including slide presentations, printed materials, managing assignments on mobile training applications, e-Learning programs and coordination of schedules for speakers, presenters and guests.
- Utilize the Regeneron Learning Managment System to track curricula completion for all personnel as assigned against a defined individual training plan ranging from initial training to advanced training and role specific certifications, and all training as required by compliance.
-Responsible for using and updating SharePoint for archiving, and for keeping all training records and documents, and producing reports as requested.
- Order training supplies, materials, and audio-visual equipment as required for each program, develop practical class schedules, procure meeting locations and ensure adequate size, space and room set up to meet training needs, successfully communicate expectations to hotels and meeting facilities and trouble shoot issues to resolution.
- Responsible for managing budgets and ensure meeting and training expenditures are aligned to corporate guidelines.
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature where independent action, within Regeneron compliance guidelines, and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations.
- May be assigned special projects and assigned to execute research and data analysis tasks per the direction of the Director or Executive Director of Commercial Training.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, organize and execute complex programs involving large numbers of people.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate of all aspects of catering, logistics and evening functions.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently.
- Ability to prepare, edit and distribute complex logistical packages for training participants including agendas, travel and lodging logistics, welcome packets.
- Development of tracking programs to maintain required records of completion for all training programs.
-Ability to utilize the full suite of MS Office software and calendaring functions.
-Ability to travel as needed.
