Position Summary

This person will be working in Commercial Operations in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The student will observe and learn from professionals on the meetings and conventions team at Regeneron. Under their supervision and guidance, the student will have hands-on logistical and planning experience with a number of different projects including conventions, meetings, advisory boards and speaker trainings, developing a strong knowledge of processes, procedures and meeting planning. The student will gain hands on experience and industry business knowledge while gaining a valuable learning experience.

Responsibilities:
• Support all aspects of planning and organizing our events.
• Create a process and procedure for our events calendar.
• Update and manage the events calendar.
• Learn about our products and work with the individuals on our team that manage each.

• Must be an undergraduate student
• Must be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or Communications
• Must have demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail, proven written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced environment, and demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.

General Intern Program Information:
• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid
• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)
• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!
• Present to your team on your summer project
