  • Execute experiments and synthesize data in a biotechnology laboratory setting
  • Experience developing a gene editing technology for application in mammalian cells.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in areas such as:
    • Molecular Biology techniques such as:
      • PCR
      • Cloning
      • Gibson assembly
      • Transient/Stable Transfection or Viral Transduction
        • genetic modification of primary and transformed cells
      • CRISPR
      • DNA/RNA extraction & purification
      • Sequencing and analysis
    • Cell Biology techniques such as:
      • Mammalian Cell Culture (handling and expansion
      • Banking of frozen cells
      • Microscopy
    • Manage and organize assay workflow, draft protocols, and support lab operations
    • Flow Cytometry- Bonus
  • Assist in experiment design, data analysis, assay setup and validation


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in molecular biology, cell biology or related
  • 2+ years of research experience in an industry setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-functional team
